How your order gets from our Baba Dogo warehouse to your shelf, and how to collect it yourself.
Standard delivery
We deliver within Nairobi and its environs within 24 hours of order confirmation. For regions outside Nairobi, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on the specific location.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a working day are prioritised for same-day or next-day delivery within Nairobi.
Self-pickup point
Customers can choose to pick up their orders directly from our main warehouse to save on delivery costs. Our pickup point is located at:

Collection hours: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 16:30 · Sat 08:30 – 12:30 · Sun closed
Bring your order number and a valid ID. Drivers must remain with their vehicles during loading.
Map & visitor guidelinesTracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or email with the contact details of the delivery personnel assigned to your package.
Signed-in customers can follow every status change, from confirmed to out for delivery to delivered, from their account dashboard.
